The international Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide in the widest sense -- through providing technical advice and information, through influencing and interpreting legislation and standards, through its safety initiatives and training programmes.
IPAF is a not-for-profit organisation owned by its members who include manufacturers, rental companies, contractors and users.
The Access Industry Forum (AIF) provides a forum for all the principal trade associations and federations involved in work at height. Each organisation represents a different sector of the access industry and is a recognised leader and authority in its respective field.

The data base includes over 10,000 news reports, 16,000 photographs, 60 videos, an online suppliers directory and 250 back issues of Cranes & Access and Kran & Bühne magazines. It also includes sections such as industry stocks and events calendar and an extensive technical library all of which is free to view and download.
